By now we all know tea is good for our health, especially green tea. What most of us haven’t heard is about kombucha.
Kombucha is a drink made with tea that’s fermented with micro-organisms. You can drink it cold or hot, with or without milk, just like regular tea. It does taste different: a bit like vinegar.
It’s very easy to make at home. You only need the kombucha mushroom or SCOBY (you can buy it at health shops), tea bags and sugar.

I've seen that in the store - that kind of scares me and I'm glad I didn't buy it thinking it was just herbs.
