Typically Easter Bread was always prepared in our household around the holidays. Everyone would go to Grandma’s for the big baking night and we would make enough for all the family. Having a warm place to make your bread dough rise is the key. Rolling, shaping and forming bread is easy if the bread has risen enough. With most households having electric stoves the top of the stove is not warm enough and not an option, but on top of the refrigerator is a warm place that your bread dough will like. Make sure the winter dust bunnies are off the top of the fridge before you put your bread dough up there. Here is a great video that takes you step by step through an Easter Bread Recipe, enjoy!
