Eat Your Fruits and Vitamins

Our lives sometimes get so busy we forget take care of ourselves. Keeping strawberries, bananas and blueberries on hand with vanilla ice cream you can start your day off right. In a blender drop your vitamins, a banana, a couple of strawberries, and a handful of blueberries, then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and about 8 ounces of milk then blend until mixed. Eat your fruits and vitamins in a morning blender shake and change the way your morning goes.
