One of the world's biggest, most insane sandwiches was made famous by Elvis Presley. A whole loaf of French bread is covered with a jar of peanut butter, a jar of grape jelly, and then filled with a pound of cooked bacon. After some toasting, the loaf is ready to eat. Elvis flew all the way to Denver, CO one night to get one from the restaurant that originally served it (now closed). Yes, he ate it all in one sitting. The name came from the high price ($40).

Sounds a little pricy at $40.
