Italian Babies Eat Unusual Meats

Italian baby food diets help to build a foundation for Italian adult diets that are usually healthier than typical, especially fast-food-heavy American ones. Italian babies eat vegetable soups and purees, small amounts of cereal, some olive oil, and a small amount of parmesan or other seasoning cheese. They also eat pureed meat that includes ostrich and horse along with other more typical choices of beef, chicken and veal.
