St Patrick’s day food is a celebration of the Irish Heritage. Boiled Corned Beef made from flank or brisket and boiled in beef stock and pickling spices is the main meal usually celebrated. Cabbage cut into wedges can be steamed or simmered until tender. Potatoes, that are plenty in Ireland, are usually boiled or boiled and cooked in butter.
