It was hard to top the baby-shaped meatloaf, but this 2008 sculpture by artist Betty Hirst is entitled "Baby" and looks to be 100% raw tri-tip or brisket.

This perishable artwork was exhibited in Cambridge, MA. It received some protests from animal-rights activists and the public saw photos of the original meat sculpture after the exhibition's opening night, because unrefrigerated without preservatives or any coating, the meat baby spoiled and became vermin-infested.
