Crab and Cheddar Quiche

Crab and cheddar quiche is a great brunch item. Along with a champagne Mimosa you will impress your friends and be the hit of the party.


1 Deep dish pie crust
1 Cup jumbo lump crab meat
2 Cups sharp cheddar cheese

Whisk together until light and foamy

6 Large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 Tbl fresh dill
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350*
Add crab meat and cheddar cheese to egg mixture and fold together
Prick the bottom of the pie shell with a fork at least 6-8 times
Pour crab-egg mixture in pie shell
Bake 350* on a cookie sheet for 1 hour or until quiche feels firm to touch
