Frying Pan Pizza
Tagged in:

This is a quick easy pizza for home that everyone can enjoy. You can purchase a dry pizza dough mix in the baking section at your local supermarket. Prepare the pizza dough in a bowl and cover while you gather other ingredients. You will need a medium sized non stick skillet with a very flat bottom and a tight fitting lid.

1 package pizza dough mix
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup of favorite topping- ( meat, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, pineapple etc..)
2 cups of shredded cheese
2 Tbl. Olive oil

Roll out about a 4 inch ball of pizza dough for a medium sized pan. Flatten dough ball out to fit the inside of your pan and make dimples in dough by poking with your fingers about ½ inch apart all over flattend dough. Rub down dough with olive oil on both sides. Heat your pan over a medium low heat. When pan is hot, add dough and cover until dough is lightly browned on the bottom. Turn dough over and remove from heat. Place toppings on pizza, cover tightly and return to heat on a low heat for about 5 minutes. Some stoves are hotter or cooler than others so you may have to make some adjustments. This Frying Pan Pizza should take about 10 minutes to make. You can make individual pizza for every one in the house!
