Artichokes with Bagna Cauda

Bagna Cauda is a warm, garlicky dip traditionally served with raw vegetables. In this version, the sauce is served with cooked artichokes. Bon Appetite!


3 heads of garlic, cloves separated, papery skin removed (but cloves left unpeeled)
3 TBSP butter
1 2 oz tin anchovy fillets, drained, anchovies chopped

This is an elegant roast chicken and so simple to make, everyone just raves about it!


5 TBSP butter, room temperature
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 TBSP grated lemon peel
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 5-pound chicken

Baked Chicken with Mushrooms and Artichokes

I got this recipe off of my epicurious app on my iphone and have made it several times in the past year. It is a cinch to make and will impress your dinner guests.


4 chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper
1 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
5 green onions, chopped
1 cup dry white wine
