The key to this recipe being so easy is that you just whip the chocolate and egg together in a blender, you're not standing there beating egg whites into peaks.

Ingredients: 

6 oz good-quality semisweet chocolate (such as Valrhona), chopped, plus extra for shavings (optional)
1 cup milk (any fat content)
2 TBSP brewed espresso
